Career Summary
You can check out my resume on LinkedIn, but here’s what it won’t tell you:
I started my career as an Email Designer back when nobody wanted to touch HTML-coded emails. At that first job, I quickly realized email was more than just design—it was a powerful marketing channel. I played a key role in migrating to an email platform that enabled dynamic personalization (back when that was still groundbreaking) and discovered my passion for email marketing.
From there, I dove into Email Marketing, working across a variety of industries (B2B marketing @ Travalliance, D2C marketing @ RevZilla, and B2C marketing @ PREIT).
But it wasn’t until I joined Noticed (now Uncommon Agency) and later Darkroom Agency—both D2C e-commerce agencies—that I found what I truly love: building email programs from the ground up, hiring and leading teams, and helping e-commerce brands grow.
Email became my everything. But as I scaled programs and teams, I saw firsthand that email alone wasn’t enough. Great marketing is holistic. You have to step back and look at the entire customer journey.
That realization led me to building out the Go-To-Market program at Darkroom for emerging e-commerce brands—which then led me to full-scale marketing as Director of Marketing at Splashtop, a SaaS company in the tech space.
Now, I’m the VP of Growth Marketing at Black Buffalo, leading social media, content, email, customer experience, and everything in between. This role feels full circle for me: I did my Master’s in Digital Innovation & Disruption, and Black Buffalo embodies that spirit—taking a legacy industry, creating an alternative, and bringing it online in a way that was once unheard of.
Education
I started my education by pursuing my passion for design, earning a BFA in Graphic Design from Marywood University.
But after my first job, I realized how much I loved the marketing strategy behind design—so I went back to earn my Master’s in Digital Innovation in Marketing from Temple University.
